Kalau saya biasanya mata saya buang Aci, aduh ngeri eh ngeliatain. Jadi bagian kepala alias perbatasan antara tangan sama mata saya iris pakai pisau. Tinta memang mudah pecah, makanya agak hati-hati waktu nariknya. Next time you'll know better how to handle it. O ya ada sedikit lupa, nest time tambahin air asam di kuahnya semakin sedap rasanya :-)

Yes , i got it Chef. But unfortunately today i cook Gangan Kacang Panjang :P I often eat cumi masak hitam but i never cooking them. Please give me the recipe :D
Pakai bumbu iris saja gampang, bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe rawit, kunyit, lengkuas. Semua bumbu tersebut diiris tipis-tipis termasuk kunyit (untuk menghilangkan bau amis) plus daun jeruk purut untuk memberi aroma. Bumbu ditumis sampai benar2 matang seperti bikin oseng-oseng trus masukkan cumi. aduk-aduk sampai kaku, trus tambahkan air. Masak sampai mendidih trus panaskan suhu sedang diungkep agak lama sampai cumi benar2 empuk (pakai pemanasan lama supaya bumbu meresap). Atur rasa dengan garam dan gula pasir sesuai selera. Sudah gitu aja :-)

Temporary you have to avoid very spicy or sour food, that's is not good for stomach ache. This is my instruction, do you get it girl ??!!! :-D. Anyway regarding to your question, exactly curiousity :-P cumi masak hitam, that is delicious food!. I used to cook it often when I was still in Indonesia. But here in the west, the squids which sold in the supermarkt are mostly clean, the hard part & black ink have been discarded. Cumi masak Hitam tastes delicious Aci, go on try and prove yourself :-). when it possible choose the small one (cumi padi), it tastes better :-)

Long time no see, cause last week i got sick :D today finally aku masak lagi, seperti biasa resep simple but yummy.. anyway klo bersihkan cumi itu hanya buang tulang transparan aja ya?kadang ada sisa pencernaan dlm perutnya jg,aku pernah nemu kynya dia makan udang deh mb :D
Hallo Aci. I already thought something did wrong with you. Sorry that you're sick but glad that you're fine you. According to your question, ya kalau membersihkan cumi emang seluruhnya, cangkang yang keras itu cuman sebagian dari kotoran. Isi perutnya memang macam-macam, kadang ada juga gumpalan lemak yang jumlahnya aduhai gak mbayangin kalau di makan :-D. Anyway don't push yourself to cook. You should have enough rest to get really fit again! Take Care, OK??!
